No part of these materials or initiatives—whether written content, program concepts, modules, images, videos, branding elements, or any related resources—may be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, stored, transmitted, or used in any form without the express written authorization of BeaconRise Foundation, the supervising body.
Any unauthorized use, duplication, or misrepresentation of the Cooperative’s materials constitutes a violation of copyright, trademark, or other applicable intellectual property laws and will be addressed accordingly.
The Umuadadioranma Ugegbeze Multipurpose Cooperative reserves full rights to revise, update, expand, or discontinue any aspect of its programs, materials, and branding at any time without prior notice.
All names, symbols, insignia, and identifying marks representing the Cooperative are legally protected. Unauthorized endorsement, representation, or association is strictly prohibited.
